The BCD Regional Scan is an overview of key regional trends and forces affecting the future of the region. The primary purpose of the BCD Regional Scan is to briefly catalogue the influences and elevate the public's awareness of the regional patterns of change that will have a direct bearing on our quality of life in the future.
